STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Precedence of Terms
- The client explicitly waives the application of their own standard terms and conditions, even if such terms are provided after these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any exceptions or modifications must be expressly agreed upon in advance and in writing by Redachi Atelier (“the Company”).
2. Payment Terms
- Invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless otherwise stated on the invoice or order confirmation. In the event of late payment, a fixed interest of 10% will be applied to the outstanding amount. Redachi Atelier reserves the right to suspend the provision of any services or delivery of goods without prior notice in case of payment delays.
3. Late Payment & Collections
- If payment is overdue by more than sixty (60) days, Redachi Atelier reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency. All collection and legal costs arising from this will be borne by the client.
4. No Return / No Exchange Policy
- Due to the exclusive, handcrafted, and/or made-to-order nature of our designs, Redachi Atelier maintains a strict No Return / No Exchange Policy.
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including (but not limited to) change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color variations due to screen differences.
- We recommend carefully reviewing all product details, including measurements, material descriptions, and care instructions, before placing your order. For any questions, please contact our support team at [support@redachiatelier.com].
- The only exception is for manufacturing defects, which must be reported within 5 days of delivery, with accompanying photos and detailed description.
5. Withholding Taxes
- Clients residing in countries that apply withholding tax are responsible for remitting such tax directly to their local authorities. The full invoice amount remains due to Redachi Atelier, and no deductions related to local tax laws may be made.
6. Service Commitments
- Redachi Atelier strives to deliver exceptional products within the promised timelines. However, our obligations are on a best-effort basis and do not constitute a guarantee of specific results.
- The Company will not be held liable or required to participate in any legal proceedings as a third party in the event of consumer claims against the client.
7. Claims & Complaints
- To be valid, any complaint must be submitted in writing via registered mail to Redachi Atelier’s registered office within 8 calendar days of product delivery.
